Referring to his innovative nature, Dr Awfa claims he was inspired by Steve Jobs.

He stated: “Everybody thought Steve Jobs was dreaming of the impossible – a buttonless mobile yet he made it as he died. I aim to bring the same sense of leadership and innovation to the aesthetic industry and dream of being at the centre of excellence.”

Dr Awfa has made it his mission to raise the standards of aesthetic practitioners in Scotland and further afield.

He has called for more peer interaction and set industry standards.

He said: “Aesthetic clinics should be connected to share information and provide a higher standard of service to Scotland. Peer reviews and peer interaction is the way forward.  In the car industry BMW and Mercedes open shops next to one another to raise the standards of competition and in London Harley Street there is a collection of experts in one place. I want to mirror this collectively around Scotland. I love what I do and what we do is make people happy and confident so they can achieve more. Most importantly we offer alternatives.”
