Shirley Nicol is an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Independent Nurse Prescriber with a career spanning over 35 years in healthcare. She began her professional journey in Glasgow university hospitals, specialising in operating department nursing, before transitioning into aesthetic medicine where she has built a reputation for natural, patient-focused results.
With over three decades of clinical expertise, Shirley has trained extensively in aesthetic medicine, continually refining her skills through international conferences and advanced training programmes. As Clinical Director at Clinica Medica Glasgow, she combines her strong medical foundation with an artistic eye to deliver results that enhance natural beauty without following short-lived trends.
Her counselling studies give her a unique ability to understand her patients’ needs on a deeper level. Known for her calm and approachable manner, she ensures that every consultation is a comfortable and positive experience.
Shirley is also part of the Galderma UK training faculty, where she trains doctors, nurses, and dentists in aesthetic procedures.
