Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of our patients.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
If any cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice you risk your pre-paid treatment or deposit being forfeited.
